After a long flight
Long flights leave swelling in the legs and tension in the neck. Deep tissue is not used in that situation; the work is light, rhythmic and directional, with extra minutes given to the neck and shoulders. Elevating the legs afterwards is recommended.
After a coastal walk
The calves, the Achilles tendon and the soles of the feet are worked with a flowing, medium-pressure technique that supports circulation and reduces stiffness the following day.
Planning around shifts
The morning slot between 10:00 and 13:00 suits crew members on a rest day and starts from ₺1.500. If you fly the next day the session is kept lighter.
